01The Life of a Matter

Every phase managed, so nothing stalls between intake and resolution.

One case manager carries the matter through all five phases — parties, counsel, and neutral always know where things stand.

01

Intake

Case submission received, parties identified, matter opened.

02

Scheduling

Availability coordinated across parties, counsel, and neutral.

03

Documentation

Briefs and case files organized and delivered where they're needed.

04

Session Day

Logistics handled so the mediator stays focused on the room.

05

Resolution

Follow-through and communication until the matter closes.

02About Siena

She grew up understanding what it takes to truly support a mediator through a matter.

Two generations of neutrals came before her — resolution wasn’t a career path, it was the family table.

Pepperdine’s Caruso School of Law — the same tradition her family’s mediators trained in. Siena brings that background to case management, supporting the neutrals of today through every matter.

“Growing up around mediators teaches you one thing above all — a matter doesn’t move on its own.”

Now she’s the one who makes their matters run — the scheduling, the briefs, the follow-through that carry a dispute to resolution.
